Magnificent, all original, complete column grandfather clock. Lacquered wooden case with floral decorations and a colored print inset in the lower part depicting "la main chaude" (hot hands game), typical of the era.
The completely serviced mechanism is made of metal, with embossed brass sheet applications (on the front of the movement and on the front of the pendulum bob), decorated in polychromy.
Winding for time at 8, chime winding at 4. It strikes the hour and the half-hour. The hour is struck on the hour and two minutes later; the half-hour is struck with a single chime.
Perfectly functional.
