Rare pair of paintings depicting Venice

Rare pair of oil on canvas paintings, depicting Venice: one depicts the Grand Canal with the Rialto Bridge, while the other depicts the Basin of San Marco with the Doge's Palace and the bell tower.
Both paintings were executed by a painter very attentive to detail, a follower of Giovanni Antonio Canal (1697-1768) known as: Il Canaletto.
They are in perfect condition and datable to the late 1800s and early 1900s.
The carved and gilded frames are not contemporary with the paintings, but from a later period.
