Made entirely of walnut, inlaid and threaded with boxwood, with three small surfaces, two drawers, and a lower compartment that opens with three doors, the two on the left overlapping... the latches and locks are original! The fact that it has a removable screen is a real rarity... it was specifically added by the person who commissioned it, to create intimacy between spouses. Fabulous... Era: 1750 Baroque (Louis XV for France). From city Piedmont.
