Archaeological finds and documents establish the beginning of ceramic production in Albisola in the last quarter of the fifteenth century. In the Fifties Albisola is recognized as the capital of ceramics. And still today many famous artists frequent Albisola, relying on factories (mostly small and often family) still active. the vase can be dated around the end of the 1800s and the beginning of the 1900s. 58h (With base included cm. 71).
